Andy qualified from Birmingham Dental School in 1981 and practised in the West Midlands until 1988 when he joined David Sawyer at Two Mile Ash Dental Practice. He is married and has 2 daughters, 5 cats and 5 poodles. Andy’s leisure time is divided principally between Cineworld, the gymnasium and reading. Its stretching facts to say he’s good at skiing but he certainly enjoys it!

Pav qualified from the Royal London Hospital Medical College in 1993. Initially he worked in a busy NHS practice for two years and then decided to set up in private practice in London. Pavan Kumar has been a Local Dental Committee member in London since 1999.
Pavan has kept abreast with the latest techniques in all aspects in dentistry, completing two, one-year Certificate courses in Advanced Operative Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry. Leading dentists in the UK ran both these course, enabling learning from the best in their fields. Following which he completed a two-year program in Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment). Pavan also worked in an Oral Surgery department for over a year at Central Middlesex Hospital where he expanded his surgical skills and knowledge base.
Pavan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in other branches of Dentistry, including simple Short course Orthodontics implant restoration and other aspects of dental treatment, to ensure all patients of Silicon Dental Centre benefit.
Currently Pavan is Dental Educator, mentoring and teaching younger dentists and helping them integrate into general practice by focusing on good clinical practice and whole patient care. He returned to University in 2015 to complete his Post-Graduate Certificate in Dental Education
His interests include skiing, cycling, driving, and Raja Yoga meditation. He started meditating seriously about 10 years ago and has found that it has been very beneficial in all aspects of his life. Pavan also gives public talks on behalf of The Brahma Kumaris to help serve the community. He also is collaborating on a podcast series, which discusses health, well-being and spirituality. Martina studied at Palackly university dental school in the Czech Republic and graduated in 2011, moving to Brighton after gaining a senior house officer post for the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals. Martina trained in all aspects of Maxillofacial and surgical Dentistry before returning to practice General Dentistry in Bicester. Since 2013 she has been broadening her skills by focusing on Implant dentistry. Martina has now completed her foundation Straumann ITI training and has enrolled on the prestigious Implant Masters program at the Royal College of surgeons. Martina also offers Facial Aesthetics in practice.
Martina trained in all aspects of Maxillofacial and Surgical Dentistry before returning to practice General Dentistry in Bicester. Since 2013 she has been broadening her skills by focusing on Implant dentistry.

Gemini graduated from Bart’s and The Royal London, School of Dentistry, in 2005. She obtained membership of the Joint Dental Faculties, The Royal College of Surgeons (MJDF RCS Eng) in 2010 and completed post graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Bedford Hospital in 2012 where she is currently a Speciality Doctor in Oral Surgery one day a week.
Gemini has also completed a 3 year implant programme at the internationally acclaimed Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. With over 10 years in general practice, she is highly experienced in all aspects of modern family dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, teeth straightening, dental implants and complex wisdom teeth removal.
Gemini is an extremely approachable dentist who welcomes all nervous patients and patients of all ages. She is a well-rounded dentist who enjoys the opportunity to provide the best possible standards in oral health. Gemini is continuously committed to on-going professional developments to enhance her knowledge and skills.

Michael qualified from Sheffield in 1996 and has work almost exclusively in private dental practice for the past 20 years. He has also received a Certificate in Restorative dentistry.
Michael’s main focus is on providing top quality dental for his patients using the latest treatments and technology whenever possible .

Joe first qualified in 1987 gaining his National Diploma in Science (DT) BTEC before gaining a Diploma as a Clinical Dental Technician RCS Eng in 2011.
Joe’s laboratory is located in Newport Pagnell but operates a clinic on a weekly basis in practice, offering dentures to replace missing teeth and new dentures to replace ill-fitting or broken dentures.

Alex qualified from The University of Sheffield in 2013. Before joing TMA in 2016 Alex practiced in a local NHS practice and Luton & Dunstable Hospital. In her spare time Alex enjoys playing badminton and cross stitch.

Joanna has been working in dentistry for over 20 years; she started as a dental nurse before going on to qualify as a dental hygienist from Guys, Kings and St Thomas University London. Joanna has worked in many practices in both the UK and Australia.
She has worked at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London assisting in periodontal surgery as well as completing an Advanced Periodontal Instrumentation course there.
Joanna has two children which keep her very busy.

Tina started as a dental nurse before qualifying in 2000 from Eastman’s Dental Hospital as a hygienist and therapist. She works full time between 3 different local practices, working at TMA for three days a week. Tina attends many courses, her most recent being the annual Hygienist conference in Epsom.
Tina has a son and daughter. She enjoys travelling and her most recent holiday destinations have been Dubai and Thailand.

Kate has been working as a dental nurse for many years, in a range of different practices (Community, NHS, Private & Overseas). Kate has a keen interest in implants and oral surgery and enjoys continuing professional development. Kate completed a BSC in primary dental care at the University of Kent in 2013.
In her spare time she enjoys seeing friends and going to pub quiz’s. Kate has a kind caring manner and is very good at supporting nervous patients with a gentle approach.

Mo has been Dental Nursing since 2007 working in both NHS and private practices in Milton Keynes. Mo thoroughly enjoys her job and has been a Mentor to student nurses studying for both the Advanced Diploma and the Foundation Degree in Dental Nursing.
In her spare time she is fond of reading, gardening, music and watching international rugby. Mo lives locally with her husband, two daughters, cat and dog.

Charlotte has been a Dental Nurse for 18 years, she has worked in numerous practices throughout the county as well as aboard, she has extensive experience in both private and NHS dentistry as well as specialist dentistry.
As well as nursing for Pav Kumar, Charlotte works in a community setting around Bedfordshire implementing a supervised tooth brushing programme within schools and Fluoride clinics with 3-4 year olds.

Daniela started as a trainee dental nurse in 2014 in busy NHS and private practice in London before qualifying as a Dental Nurse in 2015 and registering with the GDC.
She moved to Milton Keynes with family in 2017. In her spare time she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her son. Daniela also enjoys traveling and hopes one day to do charity work in Tanzania.

Hayley qualified as a dental nurse in 2011, gaining a National Diploma in Dental Nursing and Oral Health Education Certificate. She is registered with the GDC and works alongside Joe Gaeta.
Hayley is married and has two grown up children, one gorgeous granddaughter and a cat called Oscar. Hayley enjoys family times, time with friends, holidays and horse riding.
Adana joined us in March 2016. She has embarked on an apprenticeship in dental nursing and aims to be a qualified and registered dental nurse in 2 years. Adana is ambitious and is keen to progress further once she has qualified.
In her spare time she enjoys seeing her friends and going out to eat. One of Adana’s favourite holiday destinations is Fuerteventura and she has a miniature male Yorkie that goes by the name of princess!

Allanna started as a trainee dental nurse in 2001 and has worked in both NHS and private practices in Milton Keynes. Working as a dental nurse Allanna gained a NVQ qualification in Dental Nursing in 2002 and Dental Radiography for dental nurses in 2005. Allanna joined TMA in 2007 as practice manager and overseas the smooth running of the practice, ensures we are compliant and strives to ensure our patients have the best possible care. Allanna still maintains her GDC registration and nurses occasionally as well as running reception.
When she isn’t managing the practice Allanna spends her time with her husband and 3 daughters who keep her very busy.
Karen is our receptionist. Karen had been working as a Dental Receptionist in a private practice in Milton Keynes for 8 years before joining Two Mile Ash in February 2015.
Karen has two grown up daughters, the eldest of which has given her two wonderful grandsons who she loves to spend time with.
Karen lives with her partner and their two cats. Karen has enjoyed holidays in Jamaica and the Greek islands but the last few years has had brilliant camping holidays in Devon.
After completing a college course in Engineering, Rhys joined an international volunteer program in North London between 2011–2013. This was extremely rewarding work; affecting millions of people around the world. In 2013 Rhys returned to Milton Keynes (where he grew up) and he joined Apple as a Senior Trainer. This training took Rhys to many of the stores in England as well as overseas.
Before joining Apple Rhys received training on how to teach and speak publicly. Apple’s HQ in California invited Rhys to receive further facilitation training in 2015. It has been Rhys’ dream to work as a Receptionist and he is very happy in his new role at Two Mile Ash Dental & Implant Clinic.
