^{This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and/or new patients at Two Mile Ash Dental & Implant Clinic.}

^{Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with dental implant treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for dental implant treatment will be charged at an additional cost.}

^{The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full dental implant treatment. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Gemini Parmar only. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment.}

^{For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The dental implant discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments.}

^{All sales are final. In the event that Gemini Parmar is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Two Mile Ash Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The dental implant discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Two Mile Ash Dental & Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Two Mile Ash Dental & Implant Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.}
